Observation details
Medium sized wader, similar to Wood Sandpiper, darker back with faint spotting and darker chest, white belly, dark bill length about 1 and 1/2 time the length of the head. lores dark, white eyring and short supercilium, legs greeney yellow, dark underwing. Bird was standing in deep road puddles after heavy rain.
