Observation details
First observation at 1140. 1 counted on property. Ca 1140, after an adult SSHA or COHA flew into the streambend thicket ca 75 m E of the cross-fence, 7 AMRO flushed at once from the thicket. They were followed shortly after by a silent BLJA that perched in an Alnus incana ca 50 m E for about a minute, then flew down out of sight in a Prunus virginiana thicket. While planting milkweed seeds in reach 3 on Oct 2, I had thought I heard a BLJA call from upstream once - so there may be one or more staying in this area. Detections (number 15-minute intervals in which the species was detected): 1 on property.
