Observation details
This birds were heard by the fence vocalizing and immediately located, given that never been seen or reported in this area went for recordings and pictures. One bird kept vocalizing its pip pip pip and I obtained poor recordings as the bird called at low volume. The other called from the other side where it was also located and photographed. This birds are not any of the other empidonax species because the vocalization is clearly the call of Alder flycatcher that we have in our recordings and also in Merlin app. These birds are pale below and grayish olive above .The wings display bold white wingbars. As seen in the pictures obtained this birds have a very thin eyering. The birds were studied long enough as they kept sallying busy feeding all along the fence. The photographs and recordings will be uploaded .This is our first sighting in this area,by the road on the fence of the pastures in negroman area. This birds are Alder flycatchers based on the vocalization.
