Media notes

Same bird recorded by Greg Budney and Randolph Little from the same location and date. This bird was heard independently by the three recordists. Greg Budney used playback to get the bird in the open approximately 45 minutes prior to this recording. The bird continued singing, flying to higher and higher perches over time, eventually making it's way to a tree about 15 meters tall. Same individual as LNS 181512 and 181513. Equipment Notes: Telinga Hipass filter was in place during this recording.

Additional species

  • Western Meadowlark Sturnella neglecta
