Media notes
Habitat: Monsoon evergreen forest. Group CW6: Group with extra female singing, making it a"mixed trio". The main female is a pileatus, the extra one is a hybrid back-cross to lar. On one sequence there seems to be a 3rd female, also probably a back-cross. The back-cross females have more rapid hoots than normal lars, and do not have the high crescendo note of typical lar. These lar-like females are left over from when the group had a Hybrid female instead of the pileated female now present.
