Media notes
Habitat: monsoon evergreen forest. Some calls of group G6: The first 12+ min of this cut contains very soft, barely audible hoos of he adult female, spaced well apart. You have to listen carefully to catch them. The hoos are sounds perhaps to signal to the male that she wants to duet, but they do not do that on this cut. Later in the cut, the adult male givea a fairly long solo bout, starting relatively softly and gradually building up in volume, including about 20 phrases in all. Most phrases have soft "bubble" figures at end.
