Observation details
Continuing bird. Very dark blackish hawk gliding in distinct dihedral flight style, with low contrast two toned underwing, white band to tail, and yellow cere and legs seen. Long winged/tailed look. Five fingered hands as opposed to six of Turkey Vulture noted. Good looks with 8x42s, though somewhat backlit. Photo'd.
