Observation details
Both birds were juveniles. First bird seen was calling with distinct whistle call. I got on bird not far from tower and watched circle around a few times fairly low. Bird was about pigeon sized, brownish w/ no markings below or on the underwing or axillaries. Head had distinct white pattern above eyes. Call was clearly AGPL. The bird never landed and eventually took off to the north and I lost it. There was presumably another juvenile on the ground at the dogleg by corner past Juniper tree. This bird had the typical patterning on the back with patches of goldish specks and a fresh look to the plumage. Underwing was clean and so was the belly. No hint of black or molting.
