Observation details
Smaller and more delicate shape than the dowitchers and Lesser Yellowlegs in the flock. Medium length decurved bills, white supercilia, gray crowns and generally gray bodies although the bird not depicted in the photos was more heavily patterned and appeared to be a juvenile. Leggy look due to long length of legs from body to tibio-tarsal joints. The two depicted stuck together while the third kept to itself. East pond.
