Observation details
First spotted by Mike Gosselin and I was able to get to the bird within 20 minutes. Found in low shrub, foraging like a flycatcher, down the dirt road that runs south of the Lifesaving station, in brush almost to the sound. Note the all orangish lower mandible, unbroken eye-ring that slightly widens at the rear, and has a small peak on hindcrown in some of my photos. Thanks, Mike!!
