Observation details
Male and and first year bird, each observed in separate places. Male was unmistakable - black cap wrapping around yellow face into a black throat. First year bird was bright yellow below, olive green on top. ID was easy because it kept flicking its tail, showing white in the outer tail feathers. Will attach pic of the male .
