Observation details
Jaeger; small hooked bicolored bill, light morph, light gray cap and necklace with otherwise mostly white face, mostly dark primaries with gray mantle and tertials, light rump, gray wedged tail (likely juvenile without long tail feathers), underwing dark gray on leading and trailing edge with white in middle inner wing and base of primaries, size of Franklin’s Gull when perched on water but wings beyond the tail, small headed, long pointed wings (falcon like) with relatively skinny body, very agile flyer even chased the Little Gull!
