Media notes

Habitat: Well-developed rainforest at edge of a crater lake. Weather: Cloudy; Light breeze (about 3mph) Recordist note: "Microphone was at center of a large clearing." Scrub-fowl (Megapodius freycinet) calls clearly at about 20 seconds, 25 seconds and 52 seconds from start of recording. A number of species of unidentified insects may be heard. A whirring call about 7-15 seconds from the start intrigues me - a frog, or possibly an owlet-nightjar?". Equipment Notes: Microphone: Norelco AKG Dyn 200.
