Observation details

I saw it flying from the other side of the road over open rice field, beyond which has thick vegetation. Not too high yet not too low. It has quite a buoyant flight, almost hovering. Then it seemed to tilt or lower its head then swoop down to the rice paddy below. The time was around 10am.
