Observation details
I first heard the robin as I was about to walk past the carpark. It was a territorial call, quite sharp and piercing. I couldn't make out where it came from, so I stopped and waited for about a minute or two until it called again. I proceeded to scan the nearby bushes and ground for the robin, and eventually found it on the gravel next to a parked car. I observed it hop across the ground before flying up to the branches of a tree above, continuing its periodic calls. It appeared somewhat agitated - I'm not sure if this was to do with the people and dogs that were walking in and around the carpark. It eventually flew towards the path adjacent to the carpark, before eventually hopping around the leaf litter and ferns, seemingly foraging. It eventually disappeared off to the side.
