Observation details
Continuing bird originally found by Matt Gasner. As I walked on the service road, pasting lake Cargill, getting close to the turn to the north, the bird popped up on the fence. It remained there for several minutes. It flew off and returned with insects a couple of times. Same features as previously described, the dark brown head, thin black bill, grey throat and breast with very light yellow lower belly and vent. After several pictures, it flew and landed further down the fence, then it started raining.
