Observation details

Continuing bird at about 8:00 AM on Morton Street just west of Peachtree. Observed by about 10 birders, diagnostic pictures attached. All pics are against bright, early morning sky, making the pictures a bit stark and bright. Could not get bird to cooperate by moving into bluer sky, which would have been nice
