Observation details
Fly over. Flight pattern was buoyant with twists in tail as it adjusted in flight, smooth and slow wingbeats. Was flying 65-100 ft overhead when initially spotted and viewed for 2 minutes. Photo was taken with iPhone from several hundred feet below as it flew away. I enhanced the brightness to show the silhouette of the tail, which was indistinguishable.
