Observation details
Noted circling high in sky. Unmarked whitish breast, lower underparts and underwing coverts, with contrasting darker tail, and darker trailing edge and tips to underwings. Distinct but narrow dark marks on leading edge of 'hand' on each wing. Head appeared dark hooded, but with whitish throat. Photographed.
