Observation details
Previously reported - Smaller than the near by Double-crested Cormorants with emerald green eyes and pale yellow gular (throat) pouch at base of grayish bill, white V of feathers outlines pouch. The bird was not observed in flight. The bird was with four Double Crested Cormorants on the wood snags in the center of the slough south of the bridge to “no where”.
