Media notes
Bird singing in view from several perches. Initially perched at end of a derelict croft, then a mossy stump then back to the croft. Wren then stopped singing and dropped down to a cliffside rock before flying off across the bay singing as he went. Whilst bird was singing on the croft he was giving some flutey notes whilst wing quivering, perhaps a display to another bird, although no other individuals were seen. Background species: Redshank, Oystercatcher, Snipe. Recording made at 08:25.
