Media notes

A group of 7 American Crows that were chasing a Barred Owl (apparently an adult) through the woods. Once they landed I moved closer and started recording. There are some dove-like calls that can be heard, perhaps from young crows. I could not see the birds in the crowns of the trees. They were spread out over the canopies of several trees at first. Then they congregated into two or three tree tops and continued to call. Recorder HPF on at 80Hz, -12dB/octave.
