Observation details
Continuing rarity, Eastern subspecies of Bell’s Vireo. Heard it sounding off almost immediately at the beginning of the entry road, and quickly located it singing atop an oak branch, in plain sight, at (37.4369430, -121.9573231). Whitish spectacles, olive back, pronounced yellow wash to sides, and two light wingbars. Continued to sing for the 45 minutes I was around.
