Observation details
Small empid with somewhat grayish greenish back, whitish throat and white eye-ring. Bill appears dark on top and yellowish at base on bottom mandible. Yellowish tinge on its light grayish breast and vent. Short primary projection barely reaching tail when bird is posed forward. Have attached pics and recording of repetitive whit calls. Call somewhat sounds also a bit like Gray but believe that greenish gray back would eliminate? Did see tail pumped upward s bit while posing on first tree.
