Observation details
My first in Sullivan Cty. There were three adults flying together and chasing each other. Slightly larger than swallows but mostly white with yellow bill and white forehead with black cap. Two adults briefly landed on mudflat at waters edge and one fed another a fish. They disappeared into Illinois several times but a few minutes later would return. I took some doc photos from Hwy with the birds 200-300 yards away. Some photos show thin black line on top of outermost primary.
