Observation details
Lifer! Total Bicknell silence on climb up and first pass over peak (6am), and second (7am), and third (8am). Finally, on descent, hear faint song about .2 miles beneath summit (at 8:45), still well in conifer zone. Bushwhacked a bit off trail towards song and found BITH perched about 50’ away! Proceeded to sing and call as it worked it’s way slightly downslope. Songs and calls both spot on for BITH. Heard a second BITH singing further upslope simultaneously to first. Possibly three birds total. Pics and audio coming.
