M -but there is no prohibition in selling them. z -no. it is classified as an endangered species but in the areas where we work the fishermen aren't supposed to catch them -if they catch them they need to release them but that is not a nationwide law. So it is not illegal for them to be selling them here, but it is unusual bc we are not seeing them where we are and we used to.
