Media notes

Birds heard in the dense undergrowth. The closer one is estimated to be 25 to 30 feet away and the second a bit further away to the left and about 60 feet away. Both birds were not seen. They can be heard calling to each other. Recording started mid way through the vocalization sequence. Thunder is also heard in the background with rain drops falling on the parabola Background Species – Rufous-bellied Niltava, Rufous Sibia One of the birds is presumed to be the one in ML161163311 as the calls were recorded from the same location and within a short while of each recording

Observation details

Two birds, heard from dense undetgrowth in a shallow gully. Three types of songs /calls heard and recorded. One recording ML161163311 is of a single bird vocalizing with two types of calls and the second recording is of two birds vocalzing from the exact same area a short while later.
