Observation details
*lifer and rare (?) in Seoul in winter (just two eBird reports: May and Oct); first detected by sharp ‘tsuk’ call note which was immediately obvious as distinctly different from Yellow-throated; then seen flying high (40-50 ft up in oaks) in trees along edge and glimpses in flight, causing me to suspect Little Bunting (because Nial M. had told me they hang out higher in the trees). I then relocated it for excellent looks as it dropped in the seedy weeds a couple times to feed and flew up in a tree for great looks; many photos
