Observation details

Returning for the third consecutive year. Looks mostly like an adult male CERW, but has non-descript breast band, white eye arcs, and unstreaked sides. Alternating songs between typical NOPA and what sounds like a hybrid between the typical CERW and alternate NOPA songs, neither of which I think I've heard this individual sing before.
