This may be the female Audubon as the markings are much more subdued. the Yellow throat patch has more white than the Males....and the breast markings are not nearly as dark black.
Observation details
Two pair have taken up residence here this last winter. They visit my suet blocks and sunflower seeds daily. They all have the yellow rumped warbler markings and the distinctive yellow throat patch, with the males markings all much more vibrant and colorful.
