Observation details
Identified by Aris Vouros 17 Feb 2021 "Hello! Based on the photo you have submitted the bird in question appears to be a Lesser Kestrel (Falco naummani). ID features evident on this bird are the dainty black "v" to the edges of the scapulars and wing coverts compared to the chunky triangular black border of F.t, the rather pale face with a weak "moustache" and a lack of a dark eyestripe and also the pale nails where in a F.t. they would be black. Unfortunately I cannot add a lightened version of your image but if you do so yourself these features should be obvious. Here is a pdf which details the differences between these two species and is rather helpful: http://blascozumeta.com/wp-content/uploads/aragon-birds/non-passeriformes/131a.identification-kestrels.pdf"
