Observation details
Sighted with female at very close range. Male was vocalizing. Very distinct sound with electric/crackling quality. Plumage on back lacked the multi-colored iridescence, but was more of a deep blue and uniform. Very large tail with prominent, thick shafts on retrices. Female was rufous-brown with noticeable eye stripe. Pictures will be linked.
