Note greenish eye color, no distinct goggles, few white spots on back, overall red color. Very unusual location.
Observation details
Very unusual to see this subspecies (perhaps one day a full species?) outside of the rainforest. A classic example of this subspecies; greenish eye color, no distinct goggles, few white spots on back, overall red color. Apparently the first (and at the time of submission, 2/25/19, only) ever record submitted on eBird for this taxa.
