Media notes

Wrentit, slow song (female song?)

Observation details

Wow! We’d seen the occasional sightings reported here but this was still very cool. IDd by sound only, making slow version (longer syllables) of the increasing tempo song. Likely the female song (based on Nathan Pieplow’s Peterson Field Guide to Bird Sounds: https://academy.allaboutbirds.org/peterson-field-guide-to-bird-sounds/?speciesCode=wrenti), but I’m not certain. Will upload poor recording.
