Tiny little acrobats are often found in odd positions, including hanging upside down. This is one of only a handful of photos that show a Nuthatch perching normally on a branch.
Observation details
Silly birds hide the seeds that they don't eat right away, but, as soon as they do, there's either another Nuthatch or a woodpecker right behind it, finding the hidden seed, then eating it.
