The cavity is directly in front of the RHWO just below the broken branch. This bird is often found inside with its head poking out.
Observation details
Continuing immature. Not much change from last visit. Photos reveal similar plumage, perhaps more crimson in the head and malar. Watching it visit suet stored on the large ash. Photos show this cashed suet clearly on the sunny side of the fractured branch. Very habitualized, sitting in the sun and preforming for me.
