Observation details

Based on the images and details given by Prashanth of Kanyakumari District - Mobile - +91 83008 56386 email - prasanth9443310@gmail.com. Prashanth mentioned that it was seen by his friend Mr. Raja lingam near Aasaripallam. Prashanth doesn't know the exact locations but he said it was somewhere in that village. Prashanth mentioned that in between their work (his friend) they stopped to have some rest and they found the vulture sitting and they took these photos. It looked tired and finally it flew away. Prashanth came to know about this and got these images from them. Prashanth mentioned that after about a week locals found this bird again and they handed over it to the Forest Department.
