Observation details
*local; photographed and recorded very well. Not sure if reported earlier this summer; certainly a spot where they've occurred in the past. Very visible along ditch at outflow of freshwater pond; just on the ocean side of the dike. When we arrived it was standing in the open, calling spontaneously.
