NOTES: Birds were flying in and out of burrows in the north-northeast facing bank of the stream and along the stream course. There were a couple of burrows a few meters below the edge of the bank and undoubtedly other burrows along similar nearby high portions of the bank, most of which were north-northeast facing. Unknown whether the birds were actually nesting. Witnessed no deliveries of food during the time this recording was made. [Bill snap at 4:13. At 32:56 is a different call from all the others, a downward musical twitter--Martha Fischer]. Other Behaviors: Perch, Court, Mate, Advertise. Habitat: Stream, Chaparral, Sand, Bank.
