NOTES: Various calls from birds arriving and departing a cliff face nest site. There were upwards of 30 nests present with birds arriving with nesting material. Recorded at low tide in the intertidal zone on Saint Lazaria Island in Sitka Sound, Alaska. Recorded with a Sound Devices 744T and Telinga Pro5B in flat. Best arrival/departure sequences at 4:10-5:00, 7:45-8:50, and 13:07-15:26. Other Behaviors: Mate, Perform Nest Relief, Social Context: Colony. Habitat: Cliff, Rocky.
