Media notes

NOTES: Recorded in the flat wetlands NE of Salmon Lake about 3.25km NE of the eastern shore of the lake at mile 39 of the Kougarok Road on the Seward Peninsula. Two pairs of birds was present and these are the female calls. Best section at 2:00. Take off with calls in flight at 4:40 in response to a Stercorarius parasiticus flying over. Sound Devices 744T with 80Hz HPF and Telinga Pro5B in flat. Habitat: Thicket/Brush.
