Observation details
Continuing rarity; seen almost exactly where hot-spot marker is located on the map. When we got out of the car on Hemlock Street we quickly grabbed binoculars and checked out a few birds that we had seen just before stopping...none were the Kingbird, perhaps because the WEKI was on the wire directly overhead! Of course the cameras were still in the car, so I slowly reached for mine, but the bird flew into the field a bit. It eventually returned to the wire, though not as close, before going into hiding when it started to SNOW. The bird came out again after the snow for a couple minutes before flying out of sight, south of where we originally saw it. The third picture best shows the white edging on the tail.
