Observation details
Located by Debbie Beer. Got the news and rushed from main boardwalk to observation platform (likely missing some birds in between). Bird was feeding in the same reported location. Shortly after I started heading back, the bird flew off and I managed to spot it and get some terribly distant in-flight photos which show buff/cinnamon under-wing and darker upper-wing. Here is a photo of the bird feeding. I can add the flight photos if needed, but they are pretty much just a blur of color and shape.
