Observation details
continuing bird. Found on fence near Ward entrance kiosk at about 345 pm on third pass through area; sallying for flying insects; tail flicking downward almost constantly when perched; large Empid type flycatcher; small narrow bill with yellowish lower mandible and dark tip; short primary projection; grayish color on upper parts, head and breast; yellowish tint on belly. Pale band across forehead. no vocals heard.
