Observation details
It was reported by another birder. The bird was a flycatcher; perching on the tops of stalks and flying out or down to the ground to catch things and would then return. It had a dark bill and dark eye, it was grayish above with a white breast leading into an orangeish wash on its flanks underneath the wings. Wings were black with two white wing bars and a bright red shoulder. The red of the shoulder was also visible underneath the wings when they were spread. Extremely long tail that it would spread apart as it flew or balanced on stalks. The tail was about 6 inches long, just as long as the bird.
