Observation details
A very vocal and responsive pair. I watched as one bird hunted from an emergent tree, gliding down to the canopy of the secondary forest below and plucking some sort of large green, winged insect (katydid-like?) from the treetops before returning to its perch to consume it. I later saw the male with food that he brought to a perch, where he then "gave" it to the female, who flew off with it.
