Observation details
*rare in Seoul with just ~3 prior reports in eBird; one popped up at upper entrance to construction area and gave unique high pitched, four-noted ‘seee-seee-seee-seee’ call, with each note quite long and much higher than equivalent tit, kinglet, or treecreeper notes; later flew down below to Pallas’s Warbler Thicket where I got photos, and its calls there got a second bird to reply. Then the first bird flew back upslope and then I got photos of the second, duller (less black ear coverts) bird
