Observation details
Mistook this bird for some sort of warbler at first. Pics clearly show it is a non-breeding Pipit. Long, slender legs; occasionally bobbing like a Northern Waterthrush. Pale lores; boldly streaked underside. Very noticeable white outer tail feathers visible when it would fly along the edge of the river while foraging.
