NOTES: Recorded at or near Joeb Woods' cabin. Some low rumble from distant oil machinery could be filtered from this cut. I had a 80 Hz HPF engaged on the Sound Devices 744T. For the first 6:20 I focused on the male with female vocalizations in the background. After the first announcement I switched to the female, though it sounds as though she flies off at about 7:00, after which I switch back to the male (at about 8:00). Three-part calls with middle note lower pitched are female vocalizations. Habitat: Tundra, Arctic Tundra, Pond.
